Most of our content is returned within 2 weeks of the date we receive your products. Occasionally there will be poor weather or other reasons why it may take longer, but we always try to get it back as quickly as possible without compromising quality. If we cannot deliver your content within 30 days we will offer a full refund.

We work with any CPG products that can be held in the hand. We do not work with fashion brands directly, however, we have amazing partner agencies that can help out with fashion content requirements. Yes, to an extent. Our Creators are trained to create engaging content using their own judgement and creativity with your brand their primary focus. You cannot request specific locations (except indoor/outdoor), however, you can request things like “product x & y must be photographed together”, or “take 5 photos of product x, 3 photos of product y and 2 photos of product z”.
