EXAMPLE CONTENT

Here you will find content for brands that have been approved (and some that have been rejected). The approved gallery shows examples of the type of content brands request from us. You will notice the content is focused on the product and not the creator. You will also notice the lighting is ample in each scene. If you have passed our Creators Course you will know this very well.

We encourage you to become familiar with the examples of rejected content. See if you can find which rules were broken to determine why they were rejected so you don’t make the same mistakes.

General Rules:

  1. Focus on the product. Ensure the logo is clearly visible

  2. Ensure the lighting is perfect

  3. Don’t show your face in the majority of your photos (1-2 shots out of 10 is acceptable). Brands can’t post more than 1-2 photos of your face or it will not look like User-generated Content. Always show some part of your body interacting with the product. Usually this will be a hand reaching for, holding, using or consuming the product

  4. Don’t show the same clothes in every shot. Brands can’t post more than one photo of you if you’re wearing the same clothes. The same goes for piercings, tattoos etc.

  5. Tell a story as best you can

  6. Try to create content in a location that matches the product. For example, if it’s an energy drink, take photos outdoors while wearing activewear. Or if it’s a chai tea blend, you might want to use a nice kitchen with good lighting

  7. Use the approved shots as inspiration, but give them your own creative twist following the hints and tips you learnt in the Creators Course
